This week I’ve been experimenting with letting myself wake up naturally, thinking maybe that rhythm would feel better. But honestly, I haven’t been able to pick up the day’s momentum like I do when I rise at 4:30. I got up at 6 a.m. today, and I’m realizing — I need to get up early. I wake up anyway, then just scramble around in bed. So, I’ll finish the experiment this week, but early mornings are calling. I can’t afford not to.
Today’s intention is clear:
- Finish the colander video. It’s more powerful than I expected. Essential, even — this is a foundational part of the cleanse. I’ll shoot a clip of the colander setup on the toilet so people can really see what I mean.
- Create the Pre-Pre-Cleanse guide. Peg asked a brilliant question: is there anything to help people prepare even before the cleanse? So I’ll put something simple together — not essential, but supportive. Thanks to ChatGPT and a little focused time, that’ll be added to the email sequence as an optional entry point.
The course is basically ready. Trailer’s almost done. Everything’s piecing together.
Now, I need space to go through the book (with Pen), and build out this full guide with AI. But that requires time — and that time begins in the early morning.
So today, I commit:
Who do I choose to be today?
Someone who rises with purpose. A builder of worlds. A man in rhythm with his own becoming.
What am I letting go of?
The illusion that more sleep equals more clarity. The scattered start. The snooze-loop. I’m done scrambling. I’m claiming the dawn.
I choose to honor timing.
I choose to honor this process.
I choose to accept where I’m at.
And it’s all beautiful.

Theme: Rhythm, Devotion & Preparedness
1. What truth is rising through my body’s rhythm — and how can I honor it more fully today?
→ Knight of Pentacles
Your body is calling for slow, grounded devotion. Early mornings aren’t about hustle — they’re about presence. You move best when you move steadily. Honor the rhythm not with force, but with ritual. Let each task be a sacred step in the field you’re tending.
2. Where have I already succeeded — and am now being invited to receive, not push?
→ King of Cups
You’ve cultivated emotional mastery — the ability to hold the work, the waiting, the waves. That is success. Now, let yourself feel the reward. You don’t need to grasp for it. You are already the vessel. Let the recognition, the softness, the gratitude wash in.
3. What am I resisting that might actually serve me?
→ The Hierophant
Structure. Spiritual routine. The sacred container. You may resist what looks like old dogma, but the truth is: your own version of ritual is needed now. The pre-cleanse, the emails, the templates — these aren’t admin. They are the altar. Build it.
4. Where is the invitation to simplify — to make space without guilt?
→ Eight of Pentacles
You’re crafting something intricate. But not every detail needs sculpting today. This card says: simplify by mastering what matters. Choose one task — do it fully. That’s enough. You don’t need to do everything to stay devoted. Just stay true.
5. What wants to be clarified before I move forward?
→ The Chariot
Your direction. Your momentum is strong — but without clarity, it can scatter. Before accelerating, ask: where is this really headed? Get the vehicle aligned before pressing the pedal. The pre-cleanse guide, the course flow — tighten the bolts.
6. How might life reflect back my devotion today — if I slow down enough to see it?
→ The Moon
Through mystery. Through the subconscious. Life may not reflect back through logic or language, but through dreams, symbols, feeling. A strange comment, a passing glance, a surge of emotion — it’s all feedback. Trust the lunar mirror.
7. What part of me is preparing for something much bigger — and needs my faith right now?
→ Four of Cups
The part that feels unseen. The part that doubts. The part that’s waiting for a sign. This card says: what you seek is already being offered — but you have to look up. Don’t let emotional fatigue blind you. The cup is there. Reach.
