Friday, 1st of August
I wake up hot and aching — my sleep was restless again. The workouts are taking their toll, but I still rise around 6:30 and begin my practices.
Today, my focus is on finishing the Niacin video and beginning edits on YENERGY — yoga and energy — a simple, supportive movement practice to accompany the Niacin protocol. It’s been sitting there for a while, and now the reason to bring it forward is here.
I’ll also explore more storefront and supplier options, to move the Sacred Store into form. This is part of the embodiment — making The New Earth tangible, physical, accessible.
Later, I have a meditation session with Alfrida, which I sense will unlock something important.
I’ll also be messaging a few people about the retreat, feeling into who’s truly called to walk this path.
And I want to be honest — over the last few days, I’ve probably watched more of the series than I usually would feel comfortable with. There’s a subtle pang — a voice saying “you should be working.” But maybe that’s the old earth speaking. Maybe rest is part of devotion. I’m not rushing to burnout. I’m finding balance before it’s forced.
So I let myself relax.
And I’m not being hard on myself.
This is also the New Earth.
No rush. Just presence.
One sacred step at a time.
—Tarot spread—
1. What does sacred discipline look like in the New Earth?
Where am I still confusing devotion with pressure?
Card: Four of Wands
Sacred discipline isn’t rigid — it’s rhythmic. The Four of Wands reminds you that true devotion is celebratory, not punishing. You’re being asked to reclaim discipline as a joyful structure — one that allows celebration, completion, and community, not just control. Pressure dissolves when you recognize that what you’re building is already enough. Rest is part of the rhythm.
2. How can I build structure without losing presence?
Where does over-efforting interrupt the organic flow of service?
Card: The Tower (Reversed)
You are resisting collapse — perhaps clinging to structures that no longer serve. The reversed Tower warns that clinging to old scaffolding undercuts your ability to build from truth. Let the unnecessary crumble. The new structure you’re seeking will only arise when you stop trying to control how it looks. Presence arises from surrender, not survival.
3. What role does physical discomfort play in my transformation?
How do I discern between pain that signals growth and pain that warns misalignment?
Card: Four of Swords
This card calls for deep, intentional rest. Not just passive recovery, but sacred stillness. Your body is not punishing you — it’s asking to be heard. Pain right now is not growth-oriented; it’s wisdom-oriented. You’re being guided to pause, integrate, and allow healing, rather than push through. This rest is not avoidance. It is alignment.
4. Where am I still seeking permission to rest?
What inherited belief makes stillness feel unsafe?
Card: Five of Cups
There is grief underneath the drive — old disappointments, perhaps shame from past collapses when you paused too long or trusted the wrong rhythm. The Five of Cups urges you to look gently at what’s been lost, so you can receive what’s still here. Rest doesn’t mean missing out. It’s how the next path becomes visible.
5. What wants to be born through the Sacred Store?
How can I design a system that transmits frequency, not just product?
Card: Three of Pentacles
The Sacred Store is not a solo mission — it’s a collaborative temple. This card affirms that what wants to be born is community-crafted and frequency-anchored. Design every aspect — packaging, product, flow — as sacred architecture. Let it be a cathedral of coherence. Invite others into the process. Your why will shape the how.
6. How do I anchor purity in relationships and creative work?
Where do old polarities still seek validation through guilt or apology?
Card: Ace of Swords
Clarity is your sword — not for defense, but for truth. The Ace of Swords slices through shame and guilt with precision. You don’t need to “balance the scales” — you need to name the frequency. Let your speech, your work, your relationships carry this blade of truth. It’s not cold. It’s crystalline. Let it cut through distortion.
7. What becomes possible when I walk this path without seeking validation?
How does sovereignty express itself in my service, even when unseen?
Card: The Wheel
You step into divine timing — into the uncontrollable unfolding of destiny. The Wheel reminds you that when you release the need to be acknowledged, you become part of something far bigger than your ego. Service becomes sacred. Sovereignty becomes rhythm. What you offer turns the wheel — even when no one is watching.
