“One step at a time.”
It was Saturday.
I slept in and didn’t exercise. It was raining, so I stayed in and got on with editing the final day of the 3-Day Liver Cleanse videos.
I also started setting up Arthur’s Dailies — this journaling space — for the website. Took it easy on myself overall, and caught the usual pressure voice that wants everything done fast. I put a boundary there and asked: Where is this urgency coming from?
Later I went to Coco for some egg fried rice I like. The internet there is a little quicker than at home, so I did some work from there.
That evening I did a tarot spread online for Penn, part of the team. It was incredibly accurate for where she was at — she shared what she was going through and it mirrored everything.
I got a new duvet and cover — the AC makes it cold sometimes, so it’s nice to have that.
The course is nearly done. I’ll probably need to shoot one more video for the start, maybe another for after, and potentially a trailer to introduce what the New Earth is about. But one step at a time.
Daily Witnessing
🛡️ Where did I hold my boundary?
I didn’t push myself to exercise. I caught the inner voice pushing for urgency and let myself ease into the day. I chose to do the work, but without the usual pressure.
🌱 What energy or intention did I move forward, no matter how small?
I finished the final day of video editing for the cleanse. I began setting up Arthur’s Dailies as a digital journal. I also supported Penn with a tarot reading that resonated deeply.
🌀 What didn’t need fixing?
My choice to take it slow. The decision to stay in. The pace of the day. Nothing needed fixing.
✨ What surprised me today?
The tarot spread with Penn — how accurately it reflected what she was going through.
🤲 What did I offer or receive in service today?
I offered presence, insight, and intuitive spaceholding through the reading with Penn.
👁 What did I witness within myself or another today?
I witnessed myself navigating internal pressure with more grace. I witnessed Penn’s emotional truth emerge clearly through the cards.
One step at a time.
It’s all building. And I’m okay with that.
