Planting New Seeds: Awareness, Boundaries, and Growth on the Cleanse Journey 12th August

Today — the 12th of August — evening.
Someone in my team is on day 2 of the cleanse.
Beautiful.

Building the New Tool
I’ve been focused on building a tool where people can upload their photos and videos alongside their feelings after each stage of the cleanse.
It’s still in progress.
It’s taken hours — me in the middle, talking to AI, feeling like a bit of a monkey passing messages back and forth.
It’s been going on for a long time, but I know it will be worth it.

Rest, Gym, Breath, Work
I went to the gym today, but before that I was exhausted.
I needed to rest.
Not sleep exactly — more like a deep breathing session that reset me.
Then back to work, trying to move this tool forward.

Seeds, Boundaries, and Space
I spoke to Pen.
It was challenging because I know when I put up boundaries, or structure our conversations, it triggers old seeds I planted years ago.
So the question is:
How do I create space and safety without it feeling like abandonment?

I’m replanting.
Re-shifting the perspective so new seeds are planted — seeds that will grow into a different kind of harvest.

Responding, Not Reacting
Something I’m proud of today:
I didn’t get angry at AI once.
No shouting, no frustration.
Just responding, where I could, with awareness of the seeds I’m planting.

Life Outside the Work
I went to Galle today for a bit of shopping.
Alfredo called — she’s breastfeeding, so she couldn’t do the cleanse right now.
She doesn’t have the time and space to go deep into it, even though she wanted to.

And that’s about it for today.
