Day in the life…

📖 Journal Entry – June 12, 2025

Yesterday brought more ease.

I woke up feeling noticeably more energized — lighter, clearer. The day unfolded without the usual undercurrent of pressure. Only a few mild outbursts toward the AI (for not doing what I asked), but even those passed quickly.

I sliced my little finger while opening a coconut after my workout. Another small cut. Another reminder to slow down. To be present. Sri Lanka isn’t forgiving when you’re clumsy — and maybe that’s the medicine.

Work flowed steadily. I headed to Animals café, where the Swedish owners introduced themselves — curious about the man always typing away. It was a kind exchange. While there, I implemented Daniel’s feedback immediately: refining the course so it made more sense for new eyes. He couldn’t make the team call, but his message was beautiful — he’d watched a few videos, felt inspired to do the cleanse, and believed this has the potential to reach people. That was fuel.

Later, our weekly team meeting felt aligned. Mel, Penn, and Shade all showed up. It sparked a whole new direction: a Netflix-meets-Mindvalley experience, but interactive, where every course is a season. Each video, an episode. The 3-Day Cleanse? Season One. If we hit certain support thresholds, we unlock the next season.

I imagined a visual identity where each team member is a constellation on the site — hover over a star, and our faces and stories are revealed. And donors who support at a certain level? They too become stars. Anchored forever in our sky. A New Earth isn’t just an idea — it’s a storyworld we’re building together.

Penn and I also had a powerful healing session. She let go of long-held truth with tears and courage, and I simply witnessed her. I saw myself in her. How easy it is to create a hierarchy in healing — the helper and the helped — but it’s never that simple. I, too, am still releasing truths. I, too, am a victim of suppression. So I met her where she was, and in doing so, met myself.

The night closed with some gentle cooking and a few scenes from Nine Perfect Strangers. I allowed myself to relax. No guilt. Just presence.

This is the rhythm I want: sacred action and grounded rest. Like a lifestyle, not a sprint. I want sustainability in my service.
